Staying at Hotel Marisol in Macedo de Cavaleiros was a good escape that checked all the boxes for comfort and charm. My favorite part? The balcony with stunning views over the Bornes mountains where I could unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and I must admit, sharing a drink at the bar with friends made the experience even more enjoyable. With cozy rooms featuring a flat-screen TV and all the essentials, including complimentary WiFi in public areas, it felt like a little piece of paradise just a short drive from the beautiful Azibo Beach. If you're looking for a serene getaway infused with local culture, Hotel Marisol is the perfect spot!
